Roles and Responsibilities
- Work closely with management on all diversity initiatives involving recruitment to ensure fairness in hiring practices
- Use various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates including social media platforms, networking events and job fairs.
- Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs.
- Managing the complete recruitment process till joining of the talent.
- Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position
- Using standardized screening techniques, Assess the skills, qualifications, and experience of potential candidates.
- Plan interview and selection procedures, assessments, and in-person interviews.
- Reviews employment applications and background check reports
- Preparing the timely issue of appointment letters
- Inducting new employees with complete sensitivity and empathy.
- Ensuring completion of joining formalities and documentation
- Find bottlenecks in the recruiting process
- Assisting in handling employee queries and grievances
- Plan employee referral programs
- Perform candidate and employee satisfaction evaluations and workshops
- Suggest measures for improving employee retention
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition role assisting with onboarding processes.
- Preference is manufacturing
- Firm understanding and implementation of recruiting metrics to drive decision-making.
- Masters or bachelors degree in Human Resources Management, or similar
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to motivate employees
- A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’ s success
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Team player
- Good time-management skills with great interpersonal and communication skills
- BSc/BA/MA/MBA in business administration, human resources or relevant field
- Strong knowledge of Human Resources law.
