Job Summary:
The Export Sales & Marketing Manager is responsible for the overall growth and success of the company’s export sales and marketing efforts. The position is responsible for developing and executing export strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to grow export sales and market share.
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with customers and partners.
- Manage and coordinate international sales and marketing activities.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotions to drive sales and brand awareness.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competition to inform product development and pricing strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant export regulations and laws.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as production, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth and efficient order fulfillment and customer service.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports on export sales and marketing performance to senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in export sales and marketing, preferably in the masterbatch or plastics industry.
- Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales and marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
