Executive Assistant to Managing Director

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and professional Executive Assistant to support our Managing Director. The ideal candidate must have excellent organizational and communication skills, ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize them effectively, and maintain confidentiality at all times. The candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, and have a minimum of 5 years of experience in providing secretarial support to top-level executives.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the Managing Director’s daily calendar and schedule, and coordinate internal and external meetings, events, and teleconferences
- Arrange travel, accommodations, and prepare detailed itineraries for the Managing Director’s trips
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations for the Managing Director
- Maintain confidentiality and privacy at all times with respect to communications, and any other information related to the Managing Director’s office and company operations
- Handle and respond to internal and external communication related to the Managing Director’s office
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and files for meetings, presentations, and projects
- Provide administrative support to other departments when needed
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Managing Director
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in providing secretarial support to top-level executives
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize them effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Good interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships with stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
